- Business Financial Group (BFG) is a family-owned and operated professional Accounting Company based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.


- We are committed to providing personalized Accounting, Bookkeeping, Payroll, and Tax Services to business owners in the USA with yearly sales revenue of $300,000 to $20 Million.

We have an opening for a full-time B2B sales associate.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct proactive outreach activities, including cold calling, appointment setting, and CRM cleansing, to generate leads and nurture relationships with potential clients.

- Utilize proper outreach methods such as text messages, emails, and voicemails to engage with leads and maximize response rates.

- Call hot and warm leads generated through various marketing channels, following established guidelines for communication and lead management.

- Update lead information accurately and comprehensively in Zoho CRM after each interaction, including making notes and scheduling follow-up calls as needed.

- Present and articulate the value propositions of our Accounting, Payroll, and Tax Services to qualified leads, effectively closing deals through persuasive communication.

- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, expediting the resolution of any problems or complaints to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

- Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and outcomes within designated timeframes, demonstrating a results-driven approach to sales performance.

- Collaborate closely with support team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts and ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

- Maintain ongoing communication with potential and existing clients, conducting regular follow-ups to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify new project opportunities.

- Develop tailored presentations, proposals, and client agreements, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.

- Provide comprehensive reports to management, detailing customer feedback, emerging needs, competitive insights, and opportunities for product and service enhancements.

Working Hours

Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 1 PM, and 2 PM to 5 PM USA Eastern Time

Training

BFG will provide the necessary training for your required job responsibilities.

Remuneration : INR 30000 - INR 60000 per month
