Business Executive - Customer Service (0-2 yrs)
Job Overview and Responsibilities :
This profile entails working in a startup environment and in multiple verticals. The role has the involvement of retail and e-tail and end-to-end integration of work. Some key responsibility areas are -:
1) Handling and catering to offline and online business customers
2) Regular management of customer queries, product orders (purchase & return) and complaints and reporting the same to the management
3) Following the complete sales circle, the resource would have to provide a unique customer experience and build and maintain customer relations
4) Handling regular shipment operations
5) Handling of Pre-Sales and Post-Sales with maintaining the standards of Luxury market
6) Timely preparation and regular maintenance of presentations, documents and sheets are of prime importance
7) Maintenance of the e-commerce and physical assets of the company
8) Implementation of the ideas provided by the management
9) Executing the tasks allotted by the management along with meeting the ETAs
10) Providing backend support of timely filling of sheets and documents with data that are relevant for e-commerce uploads or that have other operational relevance to business
11) Meeting the SLAs
12) Disciplined and regular operational usage and maintenance of warehouse and inventory
13) Conduction of all business operational tasks assigned by the management from time to time
14) Daily reporting of tasks and updates to the management
Qualification :
- B.Com, BBA, BMS
- Experience - 0 to 2 years
Skills :
- Sound Knowledge of Sales and Operation
- Oratory/Communication Skills
- Customer Handling, Customer Service, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention.
- Experience in these areas is an addon but not necessary - MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc)
