Desired Profile:
- University Degree
- 1.5 to 3 years of proven success in the software industry using inbound and outbound
prospecting as your primary success tools in a B2B sales environmental North America,
EMEA or APJ regions
- Strong oral and written communication skills to communicate, present, assert and speak with all the stakeholders involved. Must be able to engage prospects over the phone with a high degree of confidence.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong research and account/market analysis skills
- Persuasive, persistent and professional while communicating with prospects via phone and email
- Track record of maintaining high contact-to-opportunity conversion rates
- Excellent phone handling skills
- Numbers-driven with a strong CX bend
- Creative thinker & process driven
- Consultative selling experience for solutions and ROI
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and penetrate new and existing markets
- Winning mentality with strong work ethics
- Good working knowledge of Salesforce
- Experience 2-3 years
- CTC; Up to 5.5 LPA
- Excellent Communication
Notice period : within 2 months
- Communication should be excellent
- Shift; UK 2PM till 11PM & US - 6PM till 3 AM
