Works with leading doctors, hospitals, imaging centers, diagnostic centers and several other such critical stakeholders from the healthcare industry. They become Associates who would offer services to patients.

Job Purpose:

The department and role would be about building strong relationships with critical players from the healthcare industry. This includes reaching out to leading doctors, and hospitals, etc. singularly, in groups small and big, and using pull-based methods to bring them to connect. Introducing and pitching Digital health Service, making the sign-up as Associates and register, onboarding them and ensuring they have a happy relationship with is - and further harnessing their goodwill and referral value.

Main Accountabilities

- Build relationships with Healthcare Players, especially doctors and hospitals

- Onboard them as Associates

- Manage relationship lifecycle - introduce them to Digital Health Services - Register, Onboard, Manage, Optimize

- Use pull and push based approach to get doctors, hospitals, testing clinics on board

- Address Associate complaints, feedback, and crisis - if and whenever needed

- Use references to build a strong referral program

Impact & Influence

- Along with Reporting Manager - Maintains initially a scale of around 2,500 doctors, 100 hospitals, 100 imaging and diagnostic centers

- Along with Reporting Manager - Builds and manages strong Associate Relationship programs, combining hi-tech and high-touch

- MBA, engineering, graduation - with a preferred existing role relationship with healthcare industry stakeholders
