Business Development Trainee - Real Estate (3-7 yrs)
Position: Business Development Trainer
Reports to: Head of Training
Department: Builder Vertical
No. of direct reports: None
Travel requirement: PAN India
Job Overview:
Define and drive learning interventions and content to ensure that the Business Development team is optimally enabled to succeed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Training needs identification and analysis to understand skill gaps and address them through planned learning interventions
- Work with business leaders to develop and deliver training programs that address business challenges
- Create content and instructional material that are actionable and create value for the BD team
- Review existing training programs, suggest enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of the organization
- Conduct new hire training and track training effectiveness
- Actively seek current training methods and best practices to facilitate training
- Analyze data to develop strategic presentations and insights into business issues
- Undertake projects to work with Bottom Quartile employees to enhance productivity
- Accompany and support business teams on-field to understand gaps and showcase best practices
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with multiple levels and cross-functions in the organization
- 3 + years B2B sales experience and demonstrated understanding of the challenges faced in the B2B sales cycle required
- Solid knowledge of Sales management and B2B sales pipeline management
- Ability to moderate large groups virtually and F2F
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company's success
