Business Development Trainee - Electrical/Electronics Product (0-1 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Research : Assist in identifying potential leads through online research, databases, and other lead-generation tools.

- Prospecting : Help generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

- Database Management : Support the sales team in maintaining and updating the lead database to ensure data accuracy.

- Outreach Support : Assist in the creation and execution of email campaigns, follow up sequences, and other outreach efforts.

- Qualifying Leads : Help qualify leads based on pre-established criteria and pass on relevant leads to senior team members for further engagement.

- Sales Support : Provide administrative support to the sales team in scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking lead progress.

- Training & Development : Participate in training sessions to understand lead generation tools, strategies, and the sales process.

- Reporting : Assist in preparing and maintaining reports on lead generation activities and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Client Communication : Communicate with potential clients, answer questions, and promote the company's services to spark interest.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Education : Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


- Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CRM systems.

- Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


- Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.


- Motivated & Eager to Learn : Willingness to learn about sales processes, lead generation strategies, and CRM tools.

- Time Management : Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. - Open to travel in client location.
