Designation: Business Development Trainee.

Job Location: Rajasthan, Gujarat, Punjab, North East, Karnataka.

Salary - INR 5,00,000 CTC

( First 2 Months - 3 LPA (Fixed) + 2 LPA (variable)

POST Training - 5 LPA (Fixed) + 3 LPA (Variable) + 2 LPA (Direct sales allowance for FOS)

Industry Experience: 0-2 Years

2. A Video Profiler gives you the opportunity to exhibit your communication and selling skills.

Job Role:

This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the BYJU's unique way of learning in your city. Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on the BYJU's unique way of learning and convert them into premium subscribers in your designated zones.

Role & Responsibility :

- This is an individual contributor role in an employee oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the BYJU's unique way of learning in your city.

- Your role will start with contacting the potential customers (parents & students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on learning pedagogies, and the BYJUS personalized learning journey.

Preferred Skill Set : Keen interest in education. Being interested in mentoring students. A knack for sales and positioning an idea

Academic Qualification : Any graduate degree/Post Graduate degree with maximum experience

- Niche roles like law, core engineering, Analyst, Entrepreneur, HR/Recruitment, Marketing, Software/IT Engineering not to be included
