Business Development Specialist - Staffing Services (2-9 yrs)
The Role -
- Impact Xpheno's growth positively by developing new clients for its Staffing Service verticals. We are looking for people with the passion of Co-Creating a new organization in the 6 Billion USD Indian Staffing Market.
- They would create opportunities for generating new client relationships, map the market and industries of focus, understand client needs in the chosen industries for Xpheno's Staffing Services
- Meet new clients and get them on board my understanding their needs for staffing and providing them solutions to address them.
- Maintain excellent client relationships at all times and make them captive accounts.
- They should be able to bring their own ways of acquiring clients and work together with teams to learn on the way.
- We are open to having candidates from Staffing/Hospitality/Consumer and similar industries.
