Business Development Specialist - Recruitment Firm (3-7 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our recruitment and staffing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify potential clients and develop a sales strategy to approach them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and new business opportunities
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Manage and maintain existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services to clients
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to senior management
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments, and share insights with the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel as required
