Job Description:
- As a Business Development Ninja, you would play a crucial role in driving the entire Client cycle to fruition.
- You would collaborate closely with key people within Element, its clients & with Prospect's Businesses.
- You would drive consultative sales conversations, identifying Prospect's HR points & mapping them to Element's offerings to drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, including but not limited to the following:
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Consult with C-level executives to achieve Element India's business goals.
- Identify the customer's needs/challenges/pain points and design compelling marketing solutions to optimize success for our customers and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Conduct research and analysis to develop strategies that capitalize on market potential and opportunities.
- Assist in developing and implementing industry-specific plans & deliverables.
- Assist in creating strategies for prospecting and generating a viable pipeline of opportunities.
- Be responsible for meeting revenue targets and the sales costs associated with it
- Facilitate and lead large enterprise pitches. Meet CXOs and HODs at enterprises and pitch them relevant digital solutions.
- Proactively and accurately manage opportunity/pipeline data.
Required Experience : 3 to 5 Years
- Strong experience in Business Development, Marketing especially with B2B experience (Preference would be for talent from HRTech or HR consulting space)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
