Key Responsibilities:

1) Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue.

2) Develop and execute business development strategies to generate leads and secure new clients in various industries.

3) Establish and nurture long-term client relationships through networking, meetings, and consistent follow-up.

4) Create and present recruitment service proposals, including pricing, timelines, and terms, tailored to meet client needs.

5) Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to deliver tailored recruitment solutions for new business clients.

6) Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities to drive business growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

2) Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in a consulting or staffing firm.

3) Experience in business development, client management, or sales is highly desirable.

4) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships.

5) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects and business leads simultaneously.

6) Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

7) Proficiency in using recruitment software, ATS systems, and professional networking tools such as LinkedIn.

8) Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
