Business Development Specialist - Real Estate (2-7 yrs)

Our client is a leading Commercial Real Estate Advisory and Management company offering a wide gamut of services, ranging from highly targeted commercial leasing to asset acquisition and management.
The Job
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and prospecting (i.e. cold calling, social media, networking, events, etc)
- Cultivating and maintaining midsize and large business relationships
- Touring and demonstrating office space options with potential customers
- Effective sales pipeline management
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Continuously follow, implement and utilize company processes and accountability tools such as CRM, Update tracking system, etc
- Continuously improve through feedback
- International/National travel when required
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You have at least 2 years experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
