Business Development Specialist - Marketing Services (4-7 yrs)

Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist with 4+ years of experience to drive revenue growth through digital channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing solutions, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build strategic relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital marketing services.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
3. Develop and present tailored digital marketing solutions to clients.
4. Achieve sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, technical, and account management).
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
7. Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
8. Develop and maintain sales reports, analytics, and forecasting.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) or Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing (will be added benefit) sales or business development.
3. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong understanding of digital marketing/IT sales.
5. Excellent communication, cold calling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills:
1. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
2. Knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
3. Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
4. Familiarity with sales automation and enablement tools.
5. MS Office, Power BI added advantage.
