Business Development Specialist - Marketing Services (1-5 yrs)
BeKnown is a managed B2B service marketplace for growth-oriented cross-border digital services (e.g. digital marketing). Similar to existing talent marketplaces like Upwork / Fiverr but focussed on only growth services, allowing for better vetting & matching of talent to organisations as well as the superior management of those service outcomes via technology.
At the moment, we're only focussing on assisting global e-commerce brands grow on Amazon internationally (US, EU etc). We do this by both matching them to digital marketers from India as well as managing these marketeer's service outcomes via technology.
Who are we looking for?
Personality fit: Folks who're self-motivated, analytical & love to learn, while being comfortable with the ambiguity of problem statements that come with a start-up.
Role:
Going to be working directly with CEO on highly relevant & critical to company problem statements. Largely in the realm of Business Development & early stages of Product Development (e.g. user research).
Tool-kit :
Basic-level : Excel, familiarity with writing prompts on LLM models
Intermediate-level : Structured communication (e-mail, documents), first principle thinking to break down problems

Full-time: INR 20,000-30,000 / month
