Business Development Specialist - IT (0-1 yrs)
Eligibility Criteria : Any Graduate from IT Background(BCA/MCA/BBA/MBA/BE Computers or IT
Skills Required :
Soft Skills: You should be a Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent command over English language with an excellent telephone manner
Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
Basic IT Infrastructure knowledge, including the use of spreadsheets
Listening skills
MS Office knowledge (Power point, Word and Excel knowledge)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- You will be the - front-ending- sales person to call and reach out to decision makers /influencers and identify sales opportunities
- You will be responsible for Lead generation and cold calling You will be directly involved for inside sales and marketing
- You will be involved for identifying new businesses and prospective customers
- You shall take a consultative /solutions approach to your sales lead generation
- You shall carry out the required market research and profiling to further qualify the prospects
- Understand and execute the necessary process compliance and quality metrics
- Maintain high level of client satisfaction
- Build your knowledge and understanding of the relevant subject matter that you shall pitch to your prospects
- You will be involved in building pitch guides and scripts prior to program execution
