Business Development Specialist (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Familiarize yourself with all the services offered by our company.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact
- Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients
- Proactively hunt for target organizations (with ex-pat presence)/business prospects through cold calls, referrals, market updates, and databases. Network with international corporates to develop a client base.
- Design and present client proposals and contracts based on the discussion with your senior. Ensure the required documentation is in place.
- Handover clients with thorough briefings to account management teams/representatives in each vertical and keep a check on services.
Skills Required :
- Enthusiastic and cheerful voice. High energy.
- Excellent communicator and good people skills.
- Demonstrated ability in customer service and negotiation.
- Comfortable presenting services virtually
- Comfortable in going out daily and meeting the clients to generate leads.
