Business Development/Sales Role - Speciality Chemical (3-5 yrs)
Our Client is one of the market leaders in Chemicals Division, having its export network with more than 84 countries across the globe
Role Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for actively driving and managing sales of speciality chemicals in the assigned regions. He/ She will be responsible for meeting budgeted sales targets and create new projects with customers. He / She should have an eye for new opportunities and converting them into business. He / She will also be responsible for competition mapping and also bringing market / customer insights.
Role Specifications:
- Spearhead the Sales for Speciality Chemicals in the assigned regions.
- Develop, formulate and implement a Sales Strategy for the assigned regions.
- Manage sales and distribution network across the region to generate and achieve sales target and profitability through value selling Identify and develop new business opportunity in relevant market.
- Establish long term business relationships and create new projects with customers
- Map competitive intelligence - on products offerings, pricing, business models
- Working closely with customers to bring in market / customer insights
- Develop and maintain a secured collection system for Payment Collection and Sale Tax Form Collection.
- Act as a single point contact to address all customer queries.
- Maintain strong relationship across functions in the organization to ensure good support systems and timely actions.

Experience - 2-4 years work experience in Sales/Technical Sales in Chemical and related Industries
