We are currently looking for Business development professionals who are expertise in getting business for Formulation & Analytical services from APAC (Asia Pacific) Region for our leading Pharmaceutical Client.

Job Attributes & Description :
1. This individual must be highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, LinkedIn and individual research.
2. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.
3. Presenting, promoting and selling services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
4. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify / qualify potential prospects.
5. Planning and execution of road shows within defined territory. Expectations of 6 to 8 road shows per year within defined territory.
6. Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
7. Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
8. Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
9. Interacting with functional & business heads within the company and passing on potential leads for further exploration.
10. Liaison with global sales team for leads, prospects, roadshows.
11. Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as required to meet business objectives.
12. Manage sales data for new and prospective clients within CRM / Excel, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
