Business Development/Sales Role - IT (2-10 yrs)

It is a diversified group focusing on IT Infrastructure, Software Development, Information Security & Human Resourcing.
We have an urgent requirement for Business Development/Sales at our office at Belapur.
Job Description :
1. Responsible to create and make new customer database on self-driven system(s).
2. Responsible for Sales generation for IT Infra / Hardware/ Networking etc
3. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
4. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
5.Follow the CRM cycle to follow strong client acquisition and retention.
6. Will be responsible for presales and post sales with end to end client engagement.
7. Understand customers recurring issues and reproach the clients for continued upselling.
8. Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
9. Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
10. Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs.
11. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
12. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Desired candidate profile :
1. Extremely ethical with time management and high zeal on communication skills.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT Infrastructure/Licensing.
3. Proven sales track record
4. Proficiency in MS Office
5. Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
6. Market knowledge and full awareness on new technologies.
7. Can work under pressure
8. Strong expertise in client management skills.
