Business Development/Sales Role - Insurance (0-1 yrs)
1. Calling polential clients to give service information about company's.
2. Addressing client's uncertainties grievances and suggestions on time
3. Attending and participating in meetings, and live sessions to understand the service better.
4. Reviewing sales performance against sales targets
5. Work on follow-up with customers as per the leads shared.
6. Bring organic auidence and succesful registrations.
7. Observing and carrying out sales processes.
8. Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
9. Develop and sustain solid relationship with customers to encourage them to buy the policy
10. Ensuring sales growth, building sales targets
11. Open to work six days a week.
