Job Description
- Identifying/developing end-to-end innovative and unique local experiences/experience packages in and around the specified region (e.g. pottery classes, food walks, city walks, treks on the outskirts of the city etc.)
- Identifying and on-boarding alternate accommodation owners/managers which would involve travel, sales and field work
- Go on the field to identify such alternate accommodation / experiences.
- Pricing the experiences/experience packages/alternate accommodations
- Managing end to end registration process of all suppliers involved in each experience/experience package/alternate accommodation
- Organization of photo shoots, development of write-ups, negotiation discussions on commission etc.
- Executing experiences for initial customers along with the on-boarded suppliers
- Gain insights into the existing engagement model of suppliers with competition and inventory management model currently followed. Along with pain point identification and recommendations for us to negate these.
- Basis discussions and findings, development of tools/ processes for on-boarding of alternate accommodation/experience/experience packages owners/managers to setup infrastructure for rapid scaling up of the platform.
Nature of Work :
- The work involves travel of about 15-20 days a month on an average. The candidate should be willing to meet targets consistently and should be able to do so on the move. The work involves a lot of phone work and mailing, the candidate should be efficient in both.
Essential Skills :
1. Willingness to travel at any given point of time.
2. Effective communication skills
3. Good written language.
4. Preference for candidates who can speak Hindi as well.
