Business Development/Sales Role - Export (0-1 yrs)
Business Development Representative duties and responsibilities
1. Developing and maintaining relationships with end-users to achieve goals
2. Reaching out to and qualifying leads through outbound calling and social media
3. Maintaining and growing existing leads
4. Conducting customer surveys and developing sales strategies
5. Meeting and exceeding sales quotas
6. Providing prompt and responses to all customers
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include :
1. Building business relations with potential clients
2. Identifying, qualifying and educating clients about the features and benefits of our courses and programs
3. Developing and achieving monthly sales and targets
4. Creating and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
5. Making 200-250 calls per day to reach out to potential customers and convince them to purchase our courses and programs
Requirements :
1. Minimum one year of experience in selling products or services above Rs.25,000 INR
2. Need proficiency in communication skills
3. Ability to work in a competitively fast-paced work environment
4. Required excellent negotiation and closing skills
Disqualifiers: Please do not apply to this position if you:
1. Have less than 6 months of experience in sales
2. Want a position for flexibility and travel freedom only
3. Aren't willing to work 50-55 hours/week if needed
4. Have no interest in continuing to train and improve your sales skills
5. Can't take criticism or feedback
