1. Good commination and IQ
2. Should be from B2B construction or similar to elevator industry
3. Increasing customer retention
4. Should have good connection with renown Builders and Architects
5. Sales Planning (Market/Brand Sales, Market Research, Competitors), Distribution.
6. Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan and work as per the sales strategy and achieve targets as given by the Management.
7. Candidate should be very good in generating new enquiries, techno-commercial negotiation meetings and sales booking
8. Management, Good Negotiation skills
9. Identifying and targeting new customers with new sales opportunities
10. Developing and maintaining a relationship with clients, prepare report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing.
11. Handle full sales cycles, build relationship with customers
