Business Development/Sales Role - Education (3-6 yrs)
1. Build and manage an business development team to achieve a given target
2. Develop and work on analytics-driven sales dashboards which will help keep track of the current performance and also help understand the future sales pipeline
3. Design, analyse and optimize the overall sales process to increase conversion at every step of the funnel
4. Manage weekly, monthly and quarterly pipeline reviews, training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and knowledge sharing
5. Develop a strong pipeline of new customers through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting
6. Analyzing and sharing active feedback about the customer experience, markets demands and competition to the marketing team
