- Documentation and record-keeping of the newly joined students.
- Ensuring up-selling and cross-selling revenue from existing student relationships.
- Managing Learning Management Platform for the effective teaching-learning process.
- Managing Pre-Operations(Pre-Batch launch) process for students and faculty.
- Coordination with faculty, students, and academic teams for effective training operations.
- Ensuring due fees receivable from students.
- Ensuring overall user and learning experience is of high quality.
- Adhering to the reports and operational timelines.
Requirements :
- Immaculate operational planning and coordination.
- Systems and Process driven bent of mind.
- Deadline-driven day-to-day work approach.
- Strong relationship management at the student level.
- Ability to leverage relationships to upsell and cross-sell.
- Certification in six sigma or any process certification.
- Any course graduate.
