1. Ecommerce Sales/ BD:
Concrete Role Specifications :
- Driving ecommerce sales on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc through overall account management
- Building a rapport with the category manager to ensure participation in various marketplace activities
- Running ad campaigns on the platform to drive visibility.
- Ensuring product listings are strongly demonstrating USPs through text content and visuals like product photos, demos
- Participating in deals & promos and festive events to drive visibility
- Control levers to ensure organic visibility of listings such as SEO within the marketplace platform
- Undertake competitor & category analysis to understand best practices to stand out amongst competing brands
- Creating sales MIS to pass inputs to the sourcing team on maintaining accurate inventory levels
- Managing customer queries & reviews in case customers need help with any resolution
