We are hiring for a creative design agency that specialize in crafting digital experiences that are both effective and memorable.
The Job You will be responsible for :
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
- Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer's digital journey.
- Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.
- Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
- Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance.
- Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- Delivering effective sales skills trainings to the sales teams.
- Coaching sales teams and helping them in applying training content to real life situations.
- Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions.
- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners.
- Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
- Planning and executing CRM, marketing automation and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Using customer insights to construct effective CRM campaigns.
- Measuring, monitoring and analysing effectiveness of email marketing activities against goals (ROI & KPIs).
- Driving performance marketing via Demand Generation / Customer Acquisition Funnel, PPC, SEO / SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Media Buying and Display Ads.
- Working with other stakeholders to optimise the conversion funnel for specific traffic sources, campaigns, user segments etc.
- Leading digital strategy and innovation through the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing and e-commerce programs in line with business priorities.
- Driving business growth by developing innovative ideas and campaigns.
- Testing and optimising marketing tactics that boost conversion rates and accelerate customer acquisition.
Ideal Candidate Requirements :
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Business Development/Account Manager (B2B), Partnerships & Alliances or Digital Marketing within Aviation, Transport & Logistics, Media & Entertainment and Hospitality, Leisure, Travel industry.
- You have prior experience in dealing with Distributors, Key Accounts and Modern Trade.
- You possess solid expertise in Enterprise Sales and Direct Sales.
- Experience within Area Sales, Community Management, CRM / Loyalty Marketing, Digital Transformation / Change Management, Growth Hacking, Multi-country Sales, National Sales, Sales Training, Startup Experience, Demand Generation / Customer Acquisition Funnel and Performance marketing would be a strong advantage.
- Experience within High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), Consumer, Chemicals & Energy, Financial Services, Healthcare, Industrial & Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Mining & Resources, Real Estate, Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT), Public Sector and Professional Services would be a strong advantage.
- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering Southeast Asia, Japan, India, China, Rest of Asia and ANZ.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
