Business Development Role - Wealth Management/Sales - BFS (2-3 yrs)

- The incumbent will play a key role in acquiring new clients and developing existing relationships with HNI/UHNI clients. The role is to understand the client's profile, identify the suitable opportunities and provide investment solutions. The role will operate closely with the teams across the group.

Job Description :

1. Responsible for new client acquisition and increasing depth in existing relationships with HNI (High net worth) clients.

2. Accountable for contacting and converting leads, conduct an in-depth analysis of the client's profile to identify opportunities and match these opportunities to products/ solutions provided by the organisation.

3. Identifying and sourcing clients interested in investing in specific products as per business requirements with a minimum investment criteria.

4. Cross-Selling investment products like Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS & Structured products.

5. Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organisation monthly.

6. Understanding clients risk profile and maximising the risk vs. reward balance.

7. Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the financial services industry.

8. Providing regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required.

Competencies Required :

1. Qualification Essential : Graduate/PG in Finance.

2. Preferred experienced profile with 2-3 years of experience in Wealth Management

3. Experience in cross selling financial products

4. Experience in dealing with HNI/UHNI clients.

5. NISM 5A, 10A, 21A qualified.

6. Ability to tap at least 10 anchor investors with cheque sizes of 10-50 Crores.

7. Capability to garner at least target based amount > 60 CR minimum in the first six months of the fund launch.

8. Ability to make a pan India list of family offices/UHNIs that can be readily tapped for equities focused strategies.

9. Minimum 2 years' experience in managing client portfolios in a private bank/premier division of a consumer bank.

10. Should have a base of UHNI clients in their sphere of influence.
