Business Development Role - Voice Process - BPO (10-15 yrs)
- 10+ years of BD work experience in B2B domain.
- Min 3+ years of BPO Business Development experience in E Commerce domain.
This is primarily a - hunting- role wherein you will be selling voice and non voice solutions to E Comm clients
- This role will involve close coordination with other Sales Support teams, viz:
- Pre Sales
- RFP
- Solutioning
Broad understanding of emerging technologies that are transforming E Comm sector, viz:
Analytics / Big Data
Robotics / Automation
Machine Learning
