Identify and target prospective TPA clients in the U.S. specializing in HSA, HRA, COBRA, and related employee benefit administration.

- Identify and target prospective TPA clients in the U.S. specializing in HSA, HRA, COBRA, and related employee benefit administration.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the TPA and employee benefits administration sector.
- Assist in developing tailored sales strategies and business development plans to achieve growth objectives in the U.S. market.
- Support the Senior Manager in designing and implementing outreach campaigns, including email, social media, and industry-specific conferences.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our service offerings, including claims administration, Cafeteria Plan Administration, and Retirement Plan Administration.
- Present our services effectively to prospective clients, communicating the benefits of our outsourcing solutions.
- Work with the marketing team to develop compelling materials, presentations, and proposals that showcase our value proposition.
- Generate and manage a pipeline of leads and prospective clients using CRM tools.
- Track, analyze, and report on business development activities, conversion rates, and client feedback to optimize the sales process.
