Job Responsibilities:

1. Identifying sales opportunities and present benefits and key features of products effectively to acquire new business.
2. Plan and achieve defined weekly, monthly objectives generating leads, inquiry and convert them into orders.
3. Self-motivated; demonstrating the ability to achieve sales targets with minimal supervision.
4. Must possess strong communication and presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally over the phone, in person & written responses and reports.
5. Telephone skills - Able to open up the prospects with polite, responsive voice.
6. Very receptive and captive in attracting others by speaking.
7. Ability to articulate the offering, schemes of Software application products and services offering.
8. Highly patience in handling queries and takes responsibility to respond.
9. Listen to understand customer need than to reply. Swift in answering & managing a few minutes of interaction with prospects to answer all queries.
10. Recording data and information furnished for follow up.
11. Ability to convince and influence prospects to offer a financial solution.
Job Requirements:
Mentioned below are some requirements for a Business Development Engineer.
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):
1. Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in ERP / SAP products / Customized Software Application.
2. Must have experience in handling Client Account Management, Business Development & Lead Generation in and around Chennai/TN region (Mid & Small-cap enterprise)
3. Must have sales experience in the products like on Premises/Cloud-based Services, SAP ERP, BPM & ECM.)selling knowledge and understanding customer needs in SAP Business One Modules Knowledge
Basic technical skills
1. Operating systems of computers, Hardware/software application engineering.
2. Added advantage having knowledge in Software programing language
