Reports to : Regional Business Development senior manager
Functional Relationships with :
Relationship with ASEAN + INDIA business development related members like Products Engineering team, Regional Sales team and business development team in muRata headquarter.
Position Profile:
Based in Bangalore
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Present to and consult with business development teams, mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels with partners.
- Design partnership model with external parties and propose to business development team, sales team and product engineering team to gain the value of muRata products.
- Develop relations with industry stakeholders both public and private in India.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to design partnership model and create value proposition to muRata to co-work with those stakeholders.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Understanding each teams- strategy, Identify potential partners or clients, and the decision makers within the organization or in the industry.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
ABILITY/COMPETENCY REQUIRED
- A bachelor's degree and 3 years + of engineering experience and 7 years + marketing experience in Semiconductor company, original equipment manufacturers, Electronics components manufacturers, design service company or incubator/accelerator.
- Basic Knowledge of electronics, device and embedded software
- Good Market Knowledge of startups, universities and industry seniors
- Good at Microsoft Office and CRM
- Strong communication, Interpersonal and organizational skills
- Positive attitude in challenging work environment
- Presentation Skill
- Available for Travel 40%, able to travel foreign countries in ASEAN

- Sales Planning
