Business Development Role - Talent Assesment Business (0-2 yrs)
1. To bring new business in the Permanent staffing sector.
2. Establish and nurture relationships that fill the business pipeline with prospective Business partners.
3. Create business development strategies; identify roadblocks and drive new business from conception through closure.
4. Research, locate, define, and target key business prospects.
5. Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
6. Provides management and support for new business pipeline development, in consultation with management.
