Sourcing and Screening Guidelines Looking for candidates from good institute Candidate should be from Real estate company (preferred), Should have done B2B Sales. Candidate should be from Supply Background. the person should know a lot of different languages like English(Mandatory), Hindi, Kannada, Telugu(mandate), Tamil, etc. Candidate should be from Real Estate or from construction background, good with paperwork. Candidate should Have 2 wheeler(mandatory) Salary Bracket 3- 4 lpa
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Person to help us look for properties in Bangalore.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting supply acquisitions and forging strong relationships with owners/investors, where your role will be to acquire the best properties in the market.
Responsibilities
- Identify areas based on demand analysis and build a strong Pipeline for acquisition.
- Manage, Motivate and Groom Consultants/Brokers and maintain a healthy relationship with them.
- Develop a growth strategy by researching into areas and observing market trends.
- Build a strong owner network along with the consultant network to stay ahead of competition.
- Gain knowledge wrt Statutory Compliances in Building and leasing residential properties.
- Get Contracts made, executed and registered while adhering to norms of Bangalore Real estate and Karnataka Government.
- Build relationship with Government Authorities to expedite gaining all the Statutory Compliances.
- Paper work related to all the projects
- meeting the clients and seeing if the property is worth on-boarding, and informing the team of the same.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and local languages(Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Malyalam)
- Market knowledge (Real Estate)
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Trustworthy and Honest
Qualification : post graduation
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (11:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
