Business Development Role - Staffing firm (1-4 yrs)
Develop business in Contract Staffing, Payroll & Compliance Management segment with clear following responsibilities :
- Developing cohesive and sustainable strategies for new business development.
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor's moves to maintain Company's growth trajectory and identify fresh business opportunities.
- Expand business in exiting client base by offering full range of Company's specialized services at pan India and global level.
- Ensuring repeated business and treating each client as profit center.
- Managing key clients to driving towards high value tickets and operationally securing profitable business.
- Enhancing the levels of customer care by initial client engagement & follow up off or post sales engagement and by solving client queries.
- Scale-up business through penetration in current and new market segments with a view to optimize revenue.
