Business Development Role - Staffing (2-3 yrs)
Location: Chennai
- Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
- Generate Requirements for the accounts from new clients and existing clients through cold calling.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers and Recruiting team to understand and assess client needs.
- Should have good understanding staffing business & contract staffing.
- Getting the contracts signed and followed up with the clients through the closure of the deal.
- To identify business opportunities and drive profitable new business with client mapping, cold-calling, focused email campaigns, presentations, etc.
- Negotiate client terms and conditions.
- Follow up with clients till payment received.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Should have experience in developing New Channels.
- Should have experience in Client Management and client relationship.
- Should have the ability to clinch deals and chase revenue targets.
- Must have a strong flair for Business Development.
- The candidate must have his own vehicle and a valid license.
