Business Development Role - Sales Support - BFSI (1-2 yrs)
Drive growth by securing new agency partnerships and supporting existing ones in the life insurance sector. Focus on lead generation, relationship building, and sales support within the agency channel.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect for new agency partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with agency partners.
- Support agencies with sales strategies and product training.
- Analyze market trends and agency performance.
- Maintain records and prepare reports on business development activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree.
- Ready to travel to meet with clients and agents.
- Age range: 21 to 38.
- Experience level: at least one year in sales and marketing (insurance & BFSI).
- A local candidate is required.
