Buzzworks Business Services Pvt. Ltd. Is one of the leading organization in providing Staffing, HRMS and Recruitment Solutions. We work closely with our clients in hiring and identification of temporary resources.

We have a requirement for - Business Development Manager - Sales- with one of our Business Unit's in Temp Staffing.
Please apply those with Domestic Temp Staffing Sales experience.
Job Description :

- Lead generation with clientele.

- Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new accounts for staffing division.

- Handling client presentations and commercials.

- Actively and successfully manage the sales process with active service follow up and handle trouble shooting.

- Accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following Buzzworks procedure.

- Team handling and development.

Desired skill-set

- Knowledge of staffing vertical

- Handled team of minimum 2-5 associates

- Good communication skills

Experience: Minimum 2+ year of experience in Sales & BD from Contract / Temp Staffing only

Qualification : Any graduation

Job Location : Bangalore
