Business Development - SaaS Products (HRMS, CRM, ERP)
Skills required Mandatory :
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience selling in the B2B segment.
- Having Experience in the Software domain, preferably in a cloud-based platform with the SaaS model (ERP, CRM, HRMS software sales)
- Experience in the HR & Payroll domain will be value-added.
Responsibilities :
- Develop new business and long term account opportunities through prospecting using a variety of lead generation methods.
- Travel to customer sites and trade shows to promote company's products and services.
- Establish strong customer relationships by providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding inquiries such as product features, pricing, quotes, and issues/concerns.
- Complete RFP's and preparation of commercial proposals.
- Follow up on submissions, negotiate and close business.
- Be aware of organizational growth initiatives regarding market and target customer segments, and the company's potential to meet customer needs.
- Oversee, maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
- Present product / services matching the prospect needs.
- Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM. Perform data quality checks routinely.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline funnel building targets and new account acquisition targets.
- CTC will be offered up to 7 Lakhs also negotiable based on candidature profile.
