Business Development Role - SaaS Firm (1-4 yrs)

What will you do every day ?
For a Business Development Representative(BDR) rockstar for the APAC Market. Someone who understands demand generation for B2B SaaS. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating leads through outbound email reach out and utilizing LinkedIn in addition to boost responses.
Ok, you're sold, but what are we looking for in the perfect candidate?
- Generate a pipeline of leads via outbound efforts through email and LinkedIn outreach
- Do contact mining based on the ideal customer profile using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Utilize Freshsales for bulk emailing and LinkedIn for followups and fresh reach out to bounced emails
- Achieve quota of qualified meetings a month for account executives to close and bring on as new customers
- Experiment and iterate the process and messaging to improve the response and conversion rates
- Effectively tap into the Company ecosystem to utilize all available resources
Requirements :
- 1- 4 years of experience working as a BDR for the APAC/US/Europe Market
- BDR experience developed working at a SaaS/Technology company that is in the B2B space
- Generated leads through outbound reach out via cold email and LinkedIn
- Assigned and met weekly and quarterly target for SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Freshsales/Hubspot/Other mailing software
