Business Development Role - SaaS (3-8 yrs)

- Our client is one of the fastest growing SaaS product companies based in Chennai, going by the name, Growfin. Have you heard about them? Growfin offers a unique AI/ML powered AR Platform, helping global organizations to streamline their invoice-to-cash workflow. The company was founded by two ex-employees of Freshworks, Aravind and Raja, in the year 2020, with the vision of helping organizations solve their AR challenges and make the entire process of Cash Collection much simpler. Growfin has been growing leaps and bounds in the last 2 years and they recently raised 7.5 Million dollars in their Series-A funding and they are now planning to expand their market presence and tap into new international markets and are hiring across their sales and marketing functions.

Responsibilities :

- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.

- Build and manage E2E sales pipelines, managing sales leads from identification and initial contact through deal closure and successfully adding new logos for the company.

- Contact potential clients through outbound calling and prospecting via email and other social platforms.

- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.

- Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives.

- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients and maintain rapport with various C Level executives and decision makers.

- Achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI's.

- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.

Requirements :

- Minimum 3-8 years of experience with at least 2+ years of B2B sales experience as a Business Development Executive.

- Very good experience in cold-calling and selling B2B Enterprise SaaS products to global customers.

- Experience in reaching out & selling to customers in North America / US.

- Should be willing to work in North American shift timings.

- Outstanding negotiation skills.

- B.E. / B.Sc. or B.A. in business administration, sales, or marketing.

- Domain experience in selling Fin-Tech / Billing SaaS products would be an added advantage.
