Business Development Role - Retail Agency (5-15 yrs)
This role is based at Bangalore and reports into the Associate Director - Retail Agency
Responsibilities :
Position Purpose and Nature :
1. Pitch for Business Development by identifying new clients in the Retail sector (Shopping malls, high street, multiplexes, and retailers like Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, etc.) and generating a lead.
2. Execute and close Retail transactions.
3. Handle documentation pertaining to the same.
4. Keep abreast of latest developments in various industries and tap potential clientele based on a systematic study of the environment.
5. Establish rapport and understanding with the current clients to ensure repeat business.
6. Mentor and Support juniors in the team and groom them professionally to help them achieve excellence in their chosen field of occupation
7. Responsible for cross selling of other service lines to all clients
8. Plan and maintain Systems and processes for all internal and external clients
Key Accountabilities and Duties :
1. Identify new clients and generating a lead.
2. Understanding the client's requirements.
3. Taking the client for an inspection of the short listed properties.
4. Keep abreast of latest developments / Retail properties available in various pockets of Mumbai.

Qualifications/ Education - Graduate in any discipline + Degree/ Diploma in Management (Finance / Marketing)
Career Experience - 5-15 Years hands on experience in Reputed system oriented and process driven organizations.
