Business Development Role - Recruitment Sales - Executive Search Firm (2-6 yrs)
Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be responsible to :
Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Identify and develop client business/relationships with multi-national firms looking for Specialist Talent Acquisition partners in India.
- Generate revenue in your area of specialization in a target driven environment.
- Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies;
- Engage client and build relationship & trust with the clients in most professional & ethical manner.
- Build strategies on maximizing the output and revenue generation for self and team.
Talent Hunting :
- Understand and analyse the positions thoroughly.
- Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, for example Talent Network, Social Media websites.
- Source high- caliber candidates from various digital channels including job advertising, market mapping, headhunting, referral network, Job Portals etc.
- Use candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy;
- Receive and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and create a shortlist of candidates for the client;
- Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
- Request references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.
- Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client;
Consulting :
- Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;
- Prepare candidates for interview, on grounds of dress code, appearance, potential questions and case studies, touch grounds on company & industry background.
- Build relationship as a consultant to extract maximum information.
- Be a partner to the client and most reliable bridge between candidate and client.
Self & Team Development :
- Keep abreast with the latest market and industry trends.
- Closely learn and work with Team lead and draft your own progression graph.
- Identify areas of improvement and training needs if any and strive to exceed the benchmarks
- Track your KPI's and KRA's regularly
- Playing a crucial role in building and supporting the team within the vertical and organization.
- Contributing in training subordinates and associates.
Administration :
- Adhere to the compliances & Policies set in place by the company.
- Keep your CRM updated and readily available for report analysis at any point in time.
- Maintain accurate and well- ordered documentation on all candidates
- Not limiting the job profile just to above mentioned responsibilities, but readily accept additional tasks as and when assigned by management within the scope of work.

Additionally :
- You have an MBA with minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience in similar field. You have a strong record of success (not just academics).
- You are not shy to pick up the phone and make a warm/cold call to someone to pitch your business.
- You are proactive, business savvy and suave. Being attention to detail is a pre-requisite to apply
- You are persistent, resilient, have excellent communication skills, an amicable personality. Bearing in mind that this is a sales-based role you must have the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and self-motivation in a client-facing environment.
- You are genuine team player, enthusiastic, dynamic and open-minded.
