Business Development Role - Recruitment Firm (5-12 yrs)
- We are looking for an experienced BD (B2B) professional, who shares our passion and drive, to join our team and open the doors to new fantastic opportunities that will allow us to take the business to the next level.
- Key task is to create the right pull and push to ensure a healthy pipeline of new relevant clients for the team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is excited by the prospect of growing with the organization in a friendly environment and having a key role in the process.
- To qualify as a suitable candidate you will Have a proven track record of pitching to corporate organizations
- Lead generation and corporate tie ups
- Mostly lead generation will happen though emails , LinkedIn connections etc (no travel required)
- Be a motivated and focused individual with target orientation and interpersonal skills
- Win new business to achieve desired targets
- Generate high quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts
- Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion
- Work closely with Senior management , with their guidance and support.
