Business Development Role - Recruitment Firm (3-6 yrs)
Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development (BD) to join our team. As a BD, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong business relationships, and driving revenue growth for our IT and Non-IT hiring/recruitment services. You will have the flexibility to work remotely while earning a competitive commission on successful business deals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Present our recruitment services and solutions to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure successful client deliveries.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Proven experience as a Business Development or in a similar role in the recruitment industry (IT & Non-IT preferred).
- Strong network and client base in the recruitment sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
