Business Development Role - Recruitment Firm (3-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Identifying and targeting potential clients in the HR market.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Conducting market research and staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client engagement and project delivery.

Qualifications :
- Lead Generation through Lusha, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, VoilaNorbert, and Snov.io.
- Proficient in CRM like Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM.
- Proficient in handling project management tools like Notion, Trello.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong explore towards the international market.
- Represent Hyring in Events & conferences.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the HR industry.
- Strong understanding of the HR market and the current industry trends and challenges.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
