Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build professional connections.
- Ensure excellent post-sales support to maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Familiarity with the Chennai market and industry trends is preferred.
