- # Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, specifically within recruitment or staffing services. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :


- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities :


- Research and target potential clients in various sectors.


- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.


Client Relationship Management :


- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.


- Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Sales Strategy and Execution :


- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.


- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

Market Analysis :


- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities


- Analyze market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaboration :


- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure alignment on client needs and service delivery.


- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

- Reporting and Analysis :


- Track and report on sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).


- Develop forecasts and strategic plans to meet business objectives.

Qualifications :


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.


- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment industry.


- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry standards.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.


- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.


- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
