Business Development Role - Recruitment Firm (0-10 yrs)
We are looking for Business Development profile for own Recruitment firm based @ Patel Nagar Delhi, following is the
JD :
- Visiting clients to build and develop relationships;
- Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment;
- Good networking with HR in the Industry
- Should have an exposure in staffing solutions.
- Knowledge of end to end life cycle of recruitment.
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Developing customized targeted sales strategies,
- Using social media to advertise and business, attract company and build relationships with employers;
Desired Candidate Profile :
-Good Communication skills in English (Both Written & Oral)
- Good interpersonal skills
- High on energy level and should be target oriented with a strong will to achieve.
- Good computer knowledge.
