Job Description :
- Be an essential part of building an exciting new market for Sense through creative outreach
- Identify robust sales opportunities with potential clients via outbound cold-call, email and LinkedIn campaigns and set up qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Develop strategic engagement plans with your manager and Account Executives to excite prospects about becoming new Sense corporate clients
- Evangelize Sense by owning the story- you will make the first impression on potential clients representing the company- own that impression
Qualifications :
- Ambitious, determined team player who wants to grow, develop, and build their sales career, embracing mentorship by passionate, hands-on industry leaders
- Ability to think quickly on your feet and pivot a conversation in response to the needs of a prospect call
- Tenacious and undeterred you believe in yourself and have your eye on your long game
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- A positive, competitive self-starter with an innate desire to exceed goals and expectations daily
- Strong operational excellence and organizational skills
- Passion for selling on the phone and desire to solve client problems
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, prioritize and execute
Desirable :
- 1-3 years of business development or selling experience
- HR tech sales experience a plus
- Salesforce and Outreach experience a big plus
- Proficient with Zoominfo and Microsoft Office
